  <p>Information: Mildred Elaine Casto Randolph, 66, 313 Sixth St., Ripley, died at home, Monday, Feb. 6, 1989.  She was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Jackson County.  She was the daughter of the late Leonard Austin Casto and Ethel Burton Waybright Casto.  She attended the Mill Creek Baptist Church.  She was a cook for the Jackson County Board of Education for 20 years.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Denver of Leroy; five daughters, Cora Ellen Williams, Ripley, Mary Brown, Evans, Ethel Jane Cook, Dundalk, Md., Wanda Renforth and Eurada Bailey, both of Liverpool; one brother, Leonard Austin Casto, Jr., Charleston; two sisters, Mary Cunningham, Logan, and Mae Rhodes, Liverpool; 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at Vail Funeral Home, with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends will be received after 3:00 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.</p>
