  <p>Information: Mrs. Masel Randolph, 75, of Rt 2, Sandyville, died Tuesday in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg, after an extended illness.  She was born July 31, 1902..............Sandyville; one son, Cecil C. Randolph of Sandyville; two daughters, Mrs. Florell Snyder and Mrs. Mary Hinzman, both of Ravenswood; two sisters, Mrs. Goldie Hinzman of Allens Fork and Mrs. Sylvia Hinzman of Parkersburg; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at the Mt. Hope Church with Rev. Donald Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.  Friends may call today (Wednesday) at the Vail Funeral Home.</p>
