  <p>Information: LUCY RANDOLPH DIES AT ST. ALBANS - Mrs. Lucy Randolph, 77-year old resident of Kentuck, died on Tuesday at the home of her son, Darrell Randolph of St. Albans, after a long illness.  The funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:30 at the Goshen Baptist church at Kentuck, with Rev. Warren Anderson officiating and the burial will be in the Kiser cemetery.  Also surviving are her husband, C. W. (Wash) Randolph; eight other sons,  Adra, Dennis, and Odie, all of Charleston, Ronald and Hobert, both of Kentuck, Cody of Tyler Mountain, Lester of Kenna, and Clifford Randolph of Lorain, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Alice Hardman of Ripley; three brothers, John Johnson of Tyler Mountain, Dick and Odie Johnson, both of Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Etta Pickering of Dunbar, Mrs. Martha Taylor of Roane county, and Mrs. Dovie Lowe of Charleston; 38 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.</p>
