Information: BALTIMORE OHIO - Louraine Casto Randolph, 91, of Baltimore, OH, formerly of Jackson County, WV and Athens, OH, departed this life February 10, 2011 in Echo Manor Nursing Facility, Pickerington, OH.  Service will be Saturday, February 12, 2011 - 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with the Rev.
