Information: Hobert S. Randolph, 75, of Gandeeville, died May 7, 1991, in the VA Medical Center, Huntington, after a long illness.  He was born in Fletcher, WV, a son of the late Charles Washington and Lucy Johnson Randolph.  He was the owner and operator of Randolph's Exxon in Gandeeville for 28 years.  He was a member of the VFW Post 8516 at Pinch, W. Va.. and was an Army veteran of World War II.  He is survived by his wife, Faye Rhodes Randolph; two daughters, Debby Randolph of Huntington and Patricia Knight of Gandeeville; one son, Mike Randolph of Gandeeville; one sister, Alice Hardman of Ripley; five brothers, Darrell Randolph of Naples, Fla., Odie Randolph of Goshen, Ind., Dennis Randolph of Charleston, Cody Randolph of Kentuck, and Clifford Randolph of Ripley; three grandchildren, Amanda Knight, Chris and Randy Randolph.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Adra, Luster and Ronald Randolph.  Services were held Friday at the Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Sherrill Bond officiating.  Burial was in the Kiser Cemetery, Kentuck, WV.
