  <p>Information: Hiram Thomas (Tommy) Randolph, 86, Ripley, died Saturday at the Jackson General Hospital following a long illness.  He was born in Kenna, a son of the late George Albert and Phoebe Parsons Randolph.  He was a retired farmer and a World War I veteran.  He is survived by three sons, Tommy of Dunbar and Ray and Ronald, both of Ripley; one daughter, Mrs. Gay Canterbury of Frame; one brother, George of Charleston; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Dessie Ellen Casto Randolph in 1966 and a son, Delton.  Service was held Monday in Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.</p>
