  <p>Information: Cecil Clair Randolph, 64, of Sandyville, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 1995, at his residence.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Theodore and Masel Milam Randolph.  He retired from General Electric in Washington with 32 years of service and was a U. S. veteran of the Korean Conflict.  Surviving:  wife, Donna Watson Randolph; four sons, Tommy Randolph, at home, Randy Randolph of Sandyville, Ralph Randolph of Mount Alto and Neil Randolph of Singers Glen VA; two sisters, Florell Snyder of Sandyville and Mary Hinzman of Fort Payne AL; and five grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son, Noel Randolph, and one sister, Mabel Louise.  Services were Monday at Mount Hope Church at Sandyville, Sturgill Vincent officiating.  Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery, Sandyville.</p>
