Information: RAVENSWOOD - Austin C. Rand, 87, of Cottageville, died Thursday at his home following a brief illness.  He was a retired merchant.  Surviving:  sons, K. K. Rand of Beckley, Earnest D. of Sistersville; sister, Mrs. Delphia Tennant of Ravenswood.  The service will be at the Cottageville Methodist Church, where he was a member, on Sunday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Earl Seaman will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Armor Sayre.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.  The body will be at Chambers Funeral Home in Ravenswood from Saturday noon till Sunday noon when the body will be taken to the church.
