  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE-Emory Howard Ramsey, 60, of Cottageville, WV, departed this life, April 6, 1997 at his home following an extended illness.    He was born May 19, 1936 in Clay County, a son of the late Russell Clarence and Mattie Grace Mullins Ramsey.  He was retired from Ravenswood Aluminum Corporation, was a member of the United Steel Workers Union Local #5668 and he was a Protestant.    Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Sue Armstrong Ramsey; sons, Russell Ramsey of Letart, WV and Wayne Ramsey of Cottageville, WV; daughter, Suzann Nowlin of Cottageville; sisters, Barbara Jean Bayes of South Charleston, WV and Ada Jane Wiseman of Pinch, WV; 4 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Wiseman.    Service will be Thursday, April 10, 1997-11:00 a.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with the Rev. Ralph Davis officiating.  Burial will be in the Ramsey Family Cemetery, Cottageville, WV.  Visitation 6:30-9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
