Information: Denver Lee ""Milroy"" Ramsey, 59, of Sandyville, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at Jackson General Hospital.  He was born February 7, 1943, a son of the late Denny and Minnie Helm Ramsey. He was a member of the Medina Church of God and a U.S. Army veteran.  He was retired from Union Carbide Construction Company and Brown and Root Construction.  He was also a certified head coach for Jackson County Special Olympics.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ramesy; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jenny Ramsey of Sandyville; daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Randy Metz of Sandyville; foreigh exchange daughter and son-in-law, Mia and Pascal Goedertier-Pastorino of France; brother, John Ramsey of Ripley; sisters, Virginia Moffatt of Dunbar, Dorothy McCauley of Ravenswood, and Mary Shackelford of Gloucester Point VA; grandchildren, Colin and Chloee Metz and Jordan Sill of Sandyville, and Neils and Emile Pastorino of France.  In additon to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Don, Jack and Arnold Ramsey.  Funeral services were held Friday at Vail Funeral Home in Ripley, with Anton Hager officiating.  Burial in Pine Hill cemetery in Ripley.
