  <p>Information: Hollie V. Raines, 79, of Pennsville, Ohio, died Friday morning in Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio, following a short illness.  He was born at Kenna, a son of the late Abraham Lincoln and Bertha Mae Raines.  He was a retired farmer.  He is survived by his wife, Loshie Ethel Bibbee Raines; four sons, Warren D. Raines of Newark, Ohio, Carlos V. Raines of Sanford, Fla., Harold C. Raines and Allen D. Raines, both of Pennsville, Ohio; four daughters, Deloris Mitchell, Wanda Lacey and Wilma Sams, all of Waterford, Ohio; Dorothy G. Ward of Deltona, Fla.; one brother, Golden A. Raines of Ripley; 30 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son, Clarence R. Raines; two brothers, Eldie Raines and Wilbur Raines; and one sister, Mae Chamblin.  Services were Monday at the Tatman Funeral Home, McConnelsville, Ohio with evangelist Keith Kress officiating.  Burial was in the Malta Cemetery.</p>
