Information: KENNA - Hobert Leon Raines, 86, of Kenna, died April 21, 1999, at home after a long illness. He was born in Kenna, the son of Benjamin Bailey and Ora Landis Raines.  Born June 25, 1912, he was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jackie Leon; three brothers, Hoyt, Donald, Bailey, Jr.;  four sisters, Norma, Beulah, Emma and Leota.   He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, the Laborers Union, and was retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways.  He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years,  Audra Belle Cleek Raines; sons, Gene of Fairplain, Dannie and David, both of Kenna, Paul of Ripley; daughters, Karen Rhodes of Ripley, Glenis Boyce and Dorothy Hodges, both of Kenna, Patty Wilson of Woodstock, Ga., Carrie Dado of Columbus, Ohio; brother, Carl of Cleveland; sisters, Oma Parsons of Ripley, Madeline Burdette of Charleston; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley, with the Rev. Ken Krimmel officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the church.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Epworth United Methodist Church, Building Fund, Church and North Streets, Ripley, WV 25271.
