  <p>Information: Golden Abraham Raines, 67, of Ripley, died Monday, March 5, 1991 at Jackson General Hospital.  He was born August 4, 1923, in Jackson County, son of the late Abraham and Bertha Casto Raines.  He was a member of Ripley Lodge #30 IOOF and the Gay Encampment #45 IOOF.  He attended Ripley Tabernacle and was retired as a heavy equipment operator.  Surviving:  wife, Conza Raines; daughter, Brenda Heilmann of Ripley; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Orland Reynolds and the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will follow in Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, after 4 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
