  <p>Information: Floyd Clyde Raines, 58, of Morehead, Ky., formerly of Ripley, died suddenly Wednesday at his home.  He was a member of Elsmere Baptist Church and a self-employed welder.  Survivors:  his wife, Elsie Crider Raines; daughters, Penny Sue Ratliff of Warsaw, Ky., and Karen Adams of Morehead, Ky.; mother, Mary Raines of Ripley; brothers, O. B. of Marshall, Texas, Starling of Jefferson, Tx., B. C. Raines of Streetsboro, O., Carleton Raines of High Point, N. C.; sisters, Martha Hamon and Elaine Rowley of Ripley, Louise Combs of Mineral Wells, Doris Randolph of Columbus, O., Delsie Burton of Sarasota, Fla.; four grandchildren.  Funeral service was Saturday at Northcutt Funeral Home, Morehead, Ky.</p>
