  <p>Information: RAINES FUNERAL IS HELD HERE ON FRIDAY - Funeral services for Mrs. Harrison Raines, who died at Sandyville on Tuesday, were held from the Parsons funeral home here on Friday with Rev. Orville Walker officiating and the burial was in the Raines family cemetery on Stone Lick near Kenna.  Mrs. Raines, who was 70 years of age, had been ill for some time.         March 8, 1963 - EMMA JANE RAINES TAKEN ON TUESDAY - Mrs. Emma Jane Raines, 71-year old wife of Harrison Raines of Ripley, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Marie Stutler at Sandyville on Tuesday after a long illness.  She was a member of the Watts Chapel Methodist church and a lifelong resident of Ripley.  Other survivors in addition to the husband are four sons, Otis, Everett, Cleo and Austin Raines, all of Ripley; and two other daughters, Mrs. Mildred Lang of Taylor, Michigan and Iva Waybright of Clendenin; five brothers,........Redman of Sandyville, Sam of Spencer, Webb of Cincinnati, Bob of Pt. Pleasant and Jim of Dunbar; a sister, Mrs. Roberta Young of Mason City; 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  The body is at the Parsons funeral home but arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.</p>
