  <p>Information: KENNA - Elsie M. Raines, 58, of Kenna, died June 7, 1996, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and a member of Plainview Baptist Church, Kenna.  Surviving:  husband, Doyle ""Joe"" Raines; sons, Dana D. or Kenna, Jeff L. of Sissonville; daughter, Darlena M. White of Kentuck; parents, Leon and Violet Rhodes of Evans; brothers, Jack Rhodes of Leroy, Basil and Gary Rhodes, both of Blufton, Ind., James Arles Rhodes of Ripley; sisters, Wanda Randolph of Florida, Judy Powers of Ripley; eight grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Plainview Baptist Church, Kenna, with the Rev. Creed Pursley and the Rev. Billie Kersey officiating.  Burial will be in Raines Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
