  <p>Information: Mrs. Dortha Mae Raines, 56 of 451 21st St. Dunbar, died Monday at Riverside Nursing Home, St. Albans, after a long illness. She attended the Dunbar Church of the Nazarene.  Surviving:  husband, Elmer R. ""Tug"" Raines; son, Steve of Greencastle, Ind,; daughters, Mrs. Jean Ann Shannon, Mrs. Linda McGrew and Mrs. Betsy Rutledge, of Hurricane, Mrs. Judy Hart of Poca, Mrs. Martha Pace of Houston; mother, Mrs. Bessie Weatherholt Faber of Dunbar; brothers, Joe Faber of Johnson City, Tenn. , Dick Faber of Dunbar; sister, Mrs. Jeannie Farley of Dunbar; seven grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Dunbar Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Frank Goff and the Rev. Bryan Parsons officiating.  Emtombment will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Mausoleum.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.</p>
