  <p>Information: Dallas Raines, 71, died Monday at Charleston Memorial Hospital following a long illness.  He was a resident of Kenna.  He was born Sept. 1, 1901, at Harmony, Roane County, a son of the late George Washington amd Martha Ellen Fields Raines.  He was a retired dairy farmer and a member of the Warren Chapel United Methodist Church at Kenna.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ava Rhodes Raines; two sons, Lee of Sissonville, Kanawha County, and Donald, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Loraine Stogdon of South Charleston and Mrs. Carol McKemy of Kenna; four brothers, Clayton of West Richfield, Ohio, Curtis of Orlando, Fla., Sherman and Howard, both of Charleston; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Westfall of Harmony and Mrs. Elsie Westfall of Ravenswood; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held today at 2 pm at the Parsons Funeral Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Bobby L. Woods officiating.  Interment will be in the Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
