  <p>Information: Anna Gail Raines, 74, of Spencer, died Thursday, March 2, 1989, in CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston, following a brief illness (heart attack).  She was born in Boyd, Roane County, a daughter of the late Della Franklin and Dillie Effie Kiser Presley.  She was a homemaker and a retired cook from Walton High School.  She was a member of the Wolfe Valley Baptist Church and attended the South Baptist Church.  She is survived by two sons, Raymond Dale Raines of Liberty Center, Ohio, and Darrell F. Raines of Mineral Wells; four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Harper, Mrs. Freda Harper and Miss Marie Presley, all of Spencer, Mrs. Virginia Taylor of Charleston; four grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Raines, in 1985.  Services were Sunday at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Lester Walker and the Rev. Waddell officiating.  Burial was in the Ferrell Cemetery, Harmony.     (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
