  <p>Information: RIPLEY--W. R. (Irish) Rader, 70, of Ripley died yesterday in a Huntington hospital after a six-month illness.  He was owner and operator of the Rader Trucking Co. here.    Mr. Rader was a member of the American Legion at Ripley.  He was a veteran of World War I.    Survivors include his wife, Delsie; two brothers, George of Steubenville, Ohio and Lewis of Akron, Ohio; and two sisters, Mrs. Martha Shriner and Miss Amanda Rader of Akron.    Services will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday in the Ripley Baptist Church by the Rev. J. W. Birch.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery at Ripley.    The body is at the Vail Funeral Home here.</p>
