  <p>Information: Merle Hull Pugh, 78, of Arbovale, W. Va., died Friday, Oct. 10 at the Pocahontas Memorial Hospital, Arlington.  He was born in Pocahontas County, W. Va., a son of Milda Gregg Pugh of Fishersville, Va., and the late John W. Pugh.  He was retired from FMC of Nitro.  He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, St. Albans, an Army veteran of World War II and VFW.  He is also survived by his wife, Mary Cottrell Pugh; four brothers, Fred Pugh of Arbovale, the Rev. Alan Pugh and Clyde Pugh, both of Bridgewater, W. Va. and Delmer Pugh of Waynesboro, Va.; two sisters, Ethel Ervin of Fishersville, Va. and Thelma Krummett of Bridgewater, W. Va.  Services were scheduled for Monday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
