  <p>Information: Reba A. Thaxton Pritt, 80, of Charleston, died Feb. 25, 1996, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  She was retired from K-Mart, Patrick Street, was a former employee of Cohen Drug and lifelong resident of Kanawha County.  Surviving:  sons, Marvin W. Jr. of Charleston, Jerry A. of Columbus, Ohio, Darrel B. of Stephens City, Va.; daughter, Inez Richardson of Kenna; brother, Herbert D. Thaxton of Coopers Creek; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. William Layne, Jr. and the Rev. Al Mendez officiating.  Burial will be in Thaxton Cemetery, Charleston.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
