  <p>Information: MAC ARTHUR - Russell Dearl Pringle, 74, of MacArthur, died Wednesday in Raleigh General Hospital after a short illness.  He was a 40-year resident of Beckley and attended Calvary Assembly of God Church, Beckley.  He was retired equipment manager for Vecillio and Grogan with 31 years of service.  Surviving:  daughter, Mrs. Samuel Croy of Beckley; half-sister, Onnalee Pringle Arcuri of Charleston; four grandchildren; two great-granddaughters.  Service will be 1 p. m. Saturday at Melton Mortuary, Beckley, with the Rev. Samuel A. Pack officiating.  Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
