  <p>Information: George E. Pringle, 76, of St. Albans, died Tuesday at home after a long illness.  He was a retired salesman and a member of Dunbar Church of the Nazarene.  He was a foster parent, having raised 83 foster children.  Surviving: wife, Freeda; daughters, Mrs. Karen Richardson of Dunbar, Mrs. Sharon Osborne of Hawaii; foster daughter, Selia Barnes at home; foster son, Matthew Henry at home; sisters, Iva Pringle of Ripley, Mrs. Erma Stone of Ohio; four grandchildren.  Service was Friday in Dunbar Church of The Nazarene with the Rev. Franklin Goff and the Rev. Norbert Fischer officiating.  Entombment was in Cunningham Memorial Park Mausoleum, St. Albans.</p>
