  <p>Information: Charles Allman of Route 9, Parkersburg, died in the coronary care unit at St. Joseph Hospital.  He was born at Rockport, a son of the late Basil and Chloe Kerr Allman.  He was a member of the Red Hill United Methodist Church.  He was employed by Walker Parkersburg for the past 35 years.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.  He is survived by his wife, Virginia Moore Allman; one son, Kenneth Allman of Washington, WV; one daughter, Linda Peterson of Fayetteville, N.C.; five grandchildren, Cameron, Brian and Cathy Peterson, Abraham and Saraha Allman; four brothers, Carl and Clarden of Parkersburg, Benny and Fred of Rockport; five sisters, Lorena Patterson of Mineral Wells, Mary Casto of Rockport, Velma Beha and Freeda Lowers, both of Parkersburg, Sicily Horner of Portsmouth, Ohio. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.  Services were held at the Kimes Funeral Home with Pastor Peggy Hurlbutt and the Rev. Charles Wilkinson officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memory Garden, Lubeck.</p>
