Information: Freeda Christine Pringle, 90, of St. Albans, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.  She was a retired foster mother from the state of West Virginia, and a member of Dunbar Church of the Nazarene.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Pringle; parents, Jim and Minnie Reynolds Casto; sister, Permelia Cox; brothers, James Owen, Archie and George Casto. Surviving are daughters, Karen Richardson of Dunbar, Sharon Franklin of Jacksonville, Fla., Shelia Pringle of St. Albans; foster son, Matthew A. Henry of St. Albans; sisters, Virginia Sayre of Evans, W. Va., Marie Mose of East Liverpool, Ohio, Geraldine Parsons of Evans; grandchildren, Christine Bernard of Dunbar, Donald Osborne II of Dallas, Texas, David Richardson and his wife, Marianne of Scott Depot, W. Va., Lori Richardson of Winfield, W. Va.; five great-grandchildren; numerous foster children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, at St. Albans Church of the Nazarene, St. Albans, with the Rev. Frank Goff and the Rev.
