  <p>Information: James Noble Price, Sr., 57, of Sophia WV, departed this life Dec. 25, 1998 at the Veterans Hospital, Beckley, following an extended illness.  He was born February 3, 1941 at Barrett WV, a son of the late Cecil and Blanche Turner Price.  He was a retired disabled coal miner, attended the Bethel Freewill Baptist Church, Crab Orchard WV, a Vietnam Army veteran and a member of the VFW, Midway WV.  Surviving:  sons, James Noble Price, Jr. of Sophia, Cecil Edwin Price of Beckley and Russell Howard Price of Rockville MD; brothers, Roland Price of Summersville and Phil Price of Whitesville; sisters, Arlene Johnson of Beckley, Janice Brown, Linda Barber and Brenda Sinnett, all of Ravenswood; grandchildren, Christopher Edwin Price, Katelyn Dawn Price and Jamie Leigh Ann Coleman.  Service was Monday, Dec. 28, 1998 at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Mark Price officiating.  Burial was in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville WV with military honors by VFW Post #6669, Ravenswood.</p>
