  <p>Information: Bessie Hall Phillips Price, 86, of Ravenswood, died March 9, 1996 at the Ravenswood Care Center.  She was born in Great Bend, Ohio, a daughter of the late Merlin and Mary Goeglain Hall.  She was a teacher, a member of the R. Douglas Chapter #15 Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the First Baptist Church in Ravenswood.  Surviving:  step-daughter, Vicki Martina of Maryland; step-sons, Greg and Steve Price of Arizona; cousin, Charles Goeglain of Pomeroy, Ohio; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one niece, Darlene Schultz.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Phillips; husband, J. R. Price; and brother, John Hall.  Services were held on Tuesday at Straight, Tucker & Roush Funeral Home, with burial in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
