Information: Mrs. Imogene B. Powers, 72, of Huntington, died at her home on Thursday evening, November 9.  She was born at Cottageville, July 5, 1906, the youngest daughter of Claude and Nancy Maxwell.  She graduated from Ravenswood High School with the class of 1924 and the following year married Clyde E. Powers, who is now a retired Corps of Engineers employee.  The couple had no children.  Other survivors are one brother, W. B. Maxwell, of Charleston; one niece, one great niece and one great nephew, all of Dayton, Ohio.  Funeral services were held Sunday in Huntington.  Interment followed in the Cottageville Methodist Cemetery with members of the Cottageville Masonic Lodge acting as pall bearers.  Rev. Gerald Sayre officiated.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.
