Information: Carl O. Powers, 75, of Spring Hill, Florida, died Monday after an extended illness.  He was the son of the late T. O. and Laura Powers.  He is survived by his wife, Willa Lee; and three sons, Tom of Florida, Jack of Akron OH and Paul of Ripley.  Services are set for Thursday at 1 p.m. at National Cremation & Burial Society of Brooksville, Florida.  Burial will be in National Cemetery at Burnell, Florida.
