  <p>Information: Charles Henry Polk, 91, of Route 1, Murraysville, died June 21 in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late John Henry and Sarah Williams Polk.  He was a retired schoolteacher, merchant and farmer.  He was a member of the Coleman Chapel United Methodist Church for 75 years.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War I.  Survivors:  wife, Nettie Pearl Boggs Polk; daughter, Betty Lou Gulledge of Midland, Texas; sisters, Forrest Polk Davis of Ravenswood and Carole Polk Gibbs of Parkersburg; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son and one daughter.  Services will be today (Wednesday), 3 p.m. at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Myron Gregg officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
