Information: SERVICES PLANNED FOR EX-LEGISLATOR - Services are scheduled Friday for Benjamin Noel Poling, a five-term member of the West Virginia State Legislature and a former deputy labor commissioner.  Poling, 64, died Tuesday in Jackson Geneal Hospital after a long illness.  He was born Dec. 17, 1927, in Jackson County, a son of the late James B. and Ada Skeen Poling.  He suffered a sever heart attack in May 1972 from which he never fully recovered. He was a member of the House of Delegates fro 1961 to 1969 and served as deputy labor commissioner from 1969 to 1972.  Poling was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley Jaycees, Odd Fellows Lodge, Ripley Rotary, Masonic Lodge No. 16 and IBEW, Clarksburg.  He was a verteran of World War II.  Surviving wife, Evelyn Harpold Poling; sons, Stephen of Goldtown, Randal of Largo, Fla., Michael N. of North East, Pa.; daughters, Shirl Bggett of Atlanta, Jennifer Poling of Largo; brothers, Howard of Kenna, John Paul of Ripley; sister, Betty Tolley of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; 12 grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with Rev. Charles Echols officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends may call at after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
