  <p>Information: Ava Harper Poling, 84, of Kentuck, Jackson County, died Oct. 18, 1993, at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was a schoolteacher and a member of Goshen Baptist Church, Kentuck.  Surviving:  sons, Charles of Gay, W. E. of Clendenin; daughter, Frances P. Williams of Dunbar and Lady Lake, Fla.; brothers, Tom Harper of Milton, Russell Harper of Gandeeville; sister, Hazel Bohn of Willard, Ohio; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Goshen Baptist Chruch, with the Rev. Chester Bird officiating.  Burial will be in Poling-Cleek Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
