Information:                 Sandra Susan Pitchford, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Pitchford of Vienna, died at birth at St. Joseph’s Hospital (Parkersburg) on Tuesday of last week and burial services were held at the Fairplain Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.  Mrs. Pitchford is the former Oreta Mae Staats, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oshel Staats of Ripley.  (Friday, 21 Oct 1949) (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)
