Information: HOSPITAL FOUNDER'S RITE SLATED - Evans - Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the Cottageville Methodist Church for William Lloyd Pinnell, Sr., founder of Jackson General Hospital at Ripley.  The 79-year old  Cottageville resident died Thursday in Jackson General Hospital.  A lifelong resident of Jackson County, he served as president of Jackson General Hospital until a few months ago.  Mr. Pinnell was developer of Evergreen Hills Community housing development nearby and was instrumental in establishing Cedar Lakes.  He was a former contractor with Pinnell and Pfost Contractors and with Pinnell and Pfost Lumber Co. in Ripley.  Mr. Pinnell was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Masonic Lodge.  Surviving are his widow, Olevia; sons, William, Jr. of Ravenswood, Roger O. of Millwood; daughters, Mrs. Virginia Hogsett of Ripley, Mrs. Olevia Cunningham of Evans, Mrs. Joann Hoffman of Cottageville.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.  The body will be taken to the residence 10 p.m. today from Casto Funeral Home here.   RITES ARRANGED - Service for William Lloyd Pinnell, Sr. will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Cottageville Methodist Church by the Rev. Gerald Sayre and the Rev. Armor Sayre.  Burial will be in Blaine Cemetery at Cottageville.  The prominent Jackson County figure died at age 79 Thursday in Jackson General Hospital, which he founded.  As a contractor, he built many roads during the 1920's and supplied the rock for the Kanawha Boulevard in Charleston.  Mr. Pinnell was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Cottageville Chapter No. 16 Order of the Eastern Star.  He was a grand trustee of the grand chapter OES of West Virginia for several years.  The body will be taken to the residence today at 10 p.m. from Casto Funeral Home, Evans.
