  <p>Information: Paul Mason Pinnell, 83, of Ripley, died Thursday evening at Care Inn Nursing Home, Ripley, following a long illness.  He was born in Ripley, a son of the late Aleander and Dora Kessell Pinnell.  He was a retired teacher in the Jackson County school system and a social worker with the West Virginia Department of Welfare.  He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley and a World War II veteran.  Surviving are several nieces and nephews, including, Mary Louise Fisher of Chatham, N. J. and Ronald Lewis of Ripley.  Services were Sunday in Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Brooks officiating.  Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.</p>
