  <p>Information: &#39;RELIUS PINNELL DEAD. - M. A. Pinnell yielded this morning to ailments of many years and passed quietly away, at the age of 70.  He was one of the hardest workers of the county and after his return from the service of his country in the war of &#39;61-65, did much to change forest to field.  He was honest, kind and obliging--a genuinely good citizen.  He was married twice, first to Miss Harpold, daughter of the late Wm. Harpold, and from this union one child survives--Mrs. Asbury Casto, of Rockcastle.  His second marriage was to Miss Letha Sterne, and to this marriage came two children, G. W. Pinnell and Mrs. Freeman.  Interment will be made at Mt. Moriah tomorrow.</p>
