  <p>Information: MILLWOOD - Julie Gail (Kiser) Pinnell, 93, of Millwood, passed away September 11, 2011 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness.  She was born December 3, 1917 in Kentuck, a daugher of the late Dennis and Artha Kiser.  Her husband, Roger O. Pinnell, brothers, Keith Kiser and Perry Kiser, and sisters, Arlene Kiser, Emma Kiser, Loraine O&#39;Hallen, Freda Casto, and Jeanette ""Doll"" Cottrill, also preceded her in death.  She was a homemaker, attended the Cottageville United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #16, Cottageville.         Survivors are her children, R. Ivan and his wife Margaret (Housholder) Pinnell of Morgantown; daughter and her husband, Trish and Roger McCoy of Cottageville; grandchildren, Stacy Raines, Julie Quesenberry, Samantha Canter, and Rebecca Lynn Pinnell; great-grandchildren, Heather Quesenberry, Enoch Quesenberry, Esta Quesenberry, and Owen Raines.  Service was 1 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans WV, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial followed in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.  Visitation was from 6 pm until 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home with an Order of Eastern Star service beginning at 8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Goshen Cemetery at Kentuck, c/o Goshen Cemetery Fund, HC 62, Box 76, Kenna WV 25248.  Condolences may be sent to castofh@gmail.com.</p>
