  <p>Information: Eva Celesta Pickens, 87, of Sandyville, died Sunday at Eldercare in Ripley after a long illness  She was born in Belgrove, a daughter of the late William James and Lucindia Westfall Taylor.  She was a housewife.  Survivors include one son, Robert L. Pickens of Buffalo; one daughter, Olive Beach of Sandyville; one brother, Omer M. Taylor of Cross Lanes; one sister, Corda Whited of Deland, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Bryan Pickens.  Services were held Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Creel Kerns and the Rev. Chris Randolph officiating.  Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, Sandyville.</p>
