  <p>Information: Funeral services for Benny A. Philyaw, 38, of Ripley, who died Dec. 11 in a van-truck collision west of Ripley on Route 33, were held Friday morning at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home in Ravenswood with the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  He was born in Glen Rogers and was a Baptist.  He was supervisor for the Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp., Ravenswood.  He was an officer in the Ripley Masons and a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies.  He was a former member of the Ravenswood Fire Department and the auxiliary police.  Surviving:  wife, Shaon Baughman Philyaw; sons, Jason and Bryan, at home; parents, William C. and Joyce R. Philyaw of Ravenswood; sisters, Mrs. Betty Ochse of Milpitas, CA., Mrs. Brenda Lakten of Dublin, CA; brothers, Robert and John of Ravenswood, Bill of Ravencliff.</p>
