  <p>Information: Ott Lee Phillips, 92, of Allens Fork Route, Sissonville, died Saturday at the home of his daughter after a short illness.  He was a retired farmer.  Surviving:  daughters, Frances Fisher of Liberty, Madeline Fields of Charleston, Elizabeth Cochran of Sissonville, Dessie Asbury and Pauline Parsons, both of Ripley; sons, Clifford and Leonard, both at home, Wendell of Kenna, Ronald of Advent and Donald of Liberty; brother, Rome of Charleston; 22 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. A. F. ""Buck"" Burdette and the Rev. Forest Garnes officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.</p>
