  <p>Information: Joyce Madeline Arbaugh Phillips, 51, of Ravenswood, died Monday at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley after suffering a heart attack.  She was the daughter of the late Lloyd P. and Mary Ball Arbaugh.  She was a Protestant and a former employee of C & P Telephone at Gauley Bridge.  She is survived by her husband, Clyde Melvin Phillips; three sisters, Louise Highlander of Ft. Springs, Melissa Richmond of Oak Hill and Virginia Rider of Alliance, OH and three brothers, Preston Arbaugh of Canton, OH, Theodore Arbaugh of Alderson and Lloyd Arbaugh of Moses Lake, WA.  Services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald L. Pringle and the Rev. Sylvester W. Staud officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
