Information: Mrs. George Pfost, 57, after patient suffering for nearly a quarter century, passed peacefully away at 10 o'clock Sunday night, surrounded by the members of her family at her home at Fairplain.  She is survived by her husband, one son, F. P. M. Pfost, assistant cashier at the Bank of Ripley, and five daughters, Mrs. R. M. Bachtel of Wilding, Mrs. John Green of Williamson, Mrs. Frank Staats of Kenmore, Ohio, Mrs. Roy Shamblin of Phiolah and Miss Gladys Pfost, at home.  Deceased was a highly esteemed lady.  She was a daughter of Leonard Fisher. The remains were interred at Fairview Cemetery, following funeral services conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. L. West (McIntyre)
