  <p>Information: EVANS NATIVE IS DEAD AT GRAFTON - Mrs. Flora A. Peters, 81, of Grafton, died at the Grafton City Hospital on Tuesday after an extended illness.  She was born at Evans on July 21, 1881 and was a daughter of the late Elias and Rosalie Evans Staats.  She was a retired Preston county school teacher and a member of the Rowlesburg Methodist church.  Her husband, Charles E. Peters died in 1918.  She is survived by sons, Charles E. of Baden, Pa. and John W. of Grafton; a sister, Mrs. T. Clayton Parsons of Ripley; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Five children, Paul, Howard, Virginia Catherine, Mary Elizabeth and Leonard preceded her in death..............The body is at the Bartlett funeral home in Grafton but arrangements for the funeral service had not been completed late yesterday, but the burial will be in the Etam cemetery in Preston county.</p>
