  <p>Information: PERRY SERVICE HELD ON SUNDAY - Funeral services for Henry Samuel Perry, 73, of Belpre, were held Sunday at the Chambers Funeral Home and the burial was in the Revenswood cemetery.  Rev. George Allton officiated.  Mr. Perry died at the St. Joseph&#39;s hospital on Friday.  He was born at Sandyville on Feb. 2, 1890, the son of Phillip and Emma Bonto Perry.  He was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church, Great Bend, O.  In 1960 he retired from the Kauffman-Lattimer Co.  Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Goldie Perry; two daughters, Mrs. Harry Stevenson, Grantsville, and Mrs. Victor Lukasavage, Columbus, Ohio; two sons, Darrell L. Perry and H. Earl Perry, Canton, Ohio; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Wallace and Mrs. Alice Plybon, both of Barboursville, Mrs. Frankie Wetzel, Huntington, and Mrs. Dora Callanan, Sandyville; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.</p>
