Information: William Jerry ""Buck"" Perkins, 56, of Cottageville, died June 14, 2004.  He was born August 16, 1946, in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Orville J. and Sadie Yost Perkins.  He was an employee of Sunoco Paper Division.  He is survived by one sister, Shirley Perkins Morris, of Ripley, and three nieces and one nephew.  A funeral service was held Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at the Faith Assemby of God with Pastor Frank Ashworth officiating, with burial in the Yost Cemetery in Calhoun County.  Vail Funeral Home of Ripley was in charge of arrangements.
