Information: Karen Kiser Perez, 55, Sarasota, Fla., died Friday, May 25, 1990, at her home.  She was the daughter of Greta Corbin Kiser, Melbourne Beach, Fla., and the late Ralph Kiser.  She attended Ripley schools and graduated from Ripley High School.  Survivors in addition to her mother, include two daughters, Kara and Kendra of Florida.  Services were held Tuesday in Sarasota.  The body was cremated.
