  <p>Information: Mrs. Dorothy Cobb Pennington, 70, Charleston, died Nov. 29, 1989, at home after a long illness.  She was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission and Good Shepherd Sunday school class.  She was a member of Jolly Seniors Group.  Surviving:  son, Jack L. of Cross Lanes; daughter, Judy Lusher of Cross Lanes; mother, Martha Cobb of Fairplain; brothers, Ross Cobb of Hillard, Ohio, Robert Cobb of Pocatalico, Jerry Cobb of Columbus, Ohio, Bernard Cobb of Fairplain; sisters, Dessie Smith of Ripley, Delphia Leinhos of Perkiomenville, Pa., Opal Pennington of Charleston, Betty Snow of Dallas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday at Charleston Mountain Mission with the Rev. William D. Lane, Jr. and the Rev. Adrian Fisher officiating.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty.</p>
