  <p>Information: GAY- Iva Lee Payne, 63, of Gay, Jackson County, died May 28, 1992, at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  She was a member of Grace Gospel Church, Ripley.  Surviving:  husband, Rollin Joseph Payne; son, Cameron R. of Gay; daughter, Rebecca Canter of Ripley; brother Willis Litton of Charleston; sisters, Beatrice Rhodes of Parkersburg, Dorothy Hatcher of Ellenboro, Eloise McClain of Ripley; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Bob Hodges officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Ripley.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.</p>
