  <p>Information: Bobby Bill Payne, 53, of Route 1, Leroy, died Thursday, Feb. 5, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio after a long illness.  He was an employee of Kaiser Aluminum with 27 years&#39; service and was a graduate of Walton High School.  He was a member of Joe&#39;s Run Memorial Church and was an Army veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Janet; sons, Tony of Spencer, Eric of Richmond, Va.; stepson, Steven Holstein of Concord, N. C.; daughter, Valerie Mitchell of Ravenswood; stepdaughter, Robin Casto of Ripley; brothers, Richard of Sissonville, Mac, Noah and Kenny, all of Clio; six grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren.  Service was Sunday in Joe&#39;s Run Memorial Church with the Rev. Sonny Pursley and the Rev. Homer Stevens officiating.  Burial was in Jackson Memorial Gardens, Cottageville.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
